I’m sick and tired for my entire life being told to follow my dreams and then now, when it would matter most, I get shut down for trying to do something lucrative with it.

Yet and still I see new artwork lining the streets every single goddamn day, showing us new things that we could do with all the possibilities we have. And yet and still, my father wants me to go out and be this person who he knows hates being in Information Technology and isn’t doing well in it to begin with.
Art is what I know, art is what has always pushed me to do more in life. Art is my friend, art is the thing that kept me warm when I was cold, it was the thing that kept me calm when I was fuming, and now I’m expected to throw it away and consider it a hobby…
